Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar. Populasi yang digunakan adalah Pegawai PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar dengan sampel sebanyak 39 data. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri atas lima variabel bebas yaitu, Kemampuan, Kepribadian, Persepsi, Sikap dan satu variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja. Hasil pengumpulan data pelayanan yang disediakan dan diberikan PDAM Tirtauli. Sebagai penyedia layanan air bersih PDAM Tirtauli perlu meningkatkan kualitas penyediaan air minumnya untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan, PDAM Tirtauli memberikan layanan yang terkait dengan sumber air yang terbatas dan meningkatkan layanan manajemen pelanggan (cepat dan mudah). Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirtauli Pematangsiantar, lalu sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel nonprobability. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 56 (lima puluh enam) orang pada bagian manajerial. The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods by observation and documentation.
